Terms of Service

CashDash is operated by Blueridge Web Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document #L24000126O2), doing business as BrainIT Consulting. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

CashDash is a receipt-scanning and bookkeeping tool for US small businesses. You upload receipts, checks, invoices, and bank statements (via phone camera, email forward, or web upload), and we use AI to extract the vendor, amount, date, and tax category, then assemble a CPA-ready ledger.

CashDash is not a tax-preparation or accounting service.We don't file your taxes. The Schedule C line codes we suggest are AI-generated suggestions — you and your accountant are responsible for final categorization.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate the business whose data you upload. One human per account.

You own your data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your ledger as CSV at any time and delete your account by emailing support@dreamforgeworld.com.

• Don't upload anything illegal, malicious, or that isn't yours.
• Don't try to overwhelm the service, reverse-engineer it, or probe for security flaws without authorization.
• Don't resell the service or share your account.

Paid tiers (Pro, Team) bill monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email to the address on your account.

We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic, etc.) may interrupt service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your payment fails, or if we're required to do so by law. We'll give you notice and an opportunity to export your data unless we can't for safety or legal reasons.

CashDash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant the AI extractions are 100% accurate — you are responsible for reviewing your ledger before relying on it for tax or other regulatory purposes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising from your use of CashDash is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You and CashDash agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This Florida governing-law choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the law of your home state or country.

We will update the “Last updated” date above when we change these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
